Remember when we were worried about Ayvri's speech? Ha ha, ho ho, he he he! To say she's made up for lost time is a total understatement. The child says EVERYTHING! Her very favorite word is "Kabe". "Kabe hit me", "Kabe took dat", "Kabe smack me", "Kabe sayd no", and the list goes on and on. She's also saying things like, "Kshena shkooo" and "My go fishing wish Daddy". Oh - and my all-time favorite new thing she says, aside from "No" is "Mommy - you mean!" I like to start them young.Another problem we are having with the warmer weather and outdoor activities is the bug problem. She was oustide for all of 10 minutes yesterday and has three more bites on her head and her legs are covered. I spray her with the Deep Woods Off (29% deet) and it doesn't seem to do a thing.

In other Ayvri news, this morning she got her bangs trimmed. Yes, finally the little piece in front that she butchered months back is long enough to have the other side trimmed to match. They are cute little bangs and remind me of Ksenya's when she was that size.

She also likes to say whatever Kabe says and he uses this to his advantage, giving her lots of creative food for thought. For example, "poop baw" and "shtinky head". She calls Brigham "Big" and that's really cute. She can say her name, "Ayfee", how old she is, "Tew" and that she's "Litto". What fun to see her learning so fast. She's adorable and makes us all smile.
