Stretching.

My baby girl is a teeny tiny thing. She's seriously so little she's still wearing 3-6 month clothes on occasion (she's now 13 months old). We've been concerned about her growth and made some dietary changes lately that have had great success in the digestion arena. Still, there are perks to her being tiny. She can't quite reach everything yet. It's coming. The walking, the climbing, the reaching the pulling, the opening - we're on the brink and I can't help but think, for the umpteen-hundredth time as a Mother, "I wish I could just freeze them right now". She is so happy and sweet and makes everyone's heart melt when she smiles and gives big wet kisses. She has Daddy's number and he melts into a puddle when she says "Dada".

However, the girly still needs a nickname as her previous "caboose" just doesn't work anymore. So, if you're reading this, if you're out there, PLEASE leave a comment on this post with a creative nickname idea. As if I haven't written enough about her on the blog let me just add that she is incredibly cuddly - the most cuddly baby I've ever met, and her nickname can't be something horrid like 'moose' because her sister's have very feminine nicknames. It wouldn't really be fair to have a "Dolly" and a "Tinkerbell" and then a "Hippopotamus" (my last suggestion).

Darlin' or Dainty? Dainty Darla, I like that one.
She's a beauty, like the rest of them. Sorry about missing your babies during the day, I'm praying things go well so you can come home to them!

I had a daycare kiddo that they called "Tiny" because when they brought her home from the hospital they told the older sister she had to be very careful because she was tiny. The sister picked up on that and it stuck. But if she's still just a little thing, it might work for her too :)
