You are one month old now little man. It is such heaven to have you in our home. You are a wonderful baby! You've been sleeping 7-8 hours each night and eating so well that in a month you've gained 2+ pounds. You are unusually alert and have great strength . . . holding your head up and pushing up on your arms already. You have outgrown your newborn diapers and are finally getting over a bad case of baby pimples. I find myself staring at you a lot - completely marveling at what a miracle you are and so very thankful for you. I feel one step closer to heaven when I hold you. I know you were saved to come to earth now when the world is so badly in need of good men and am so thankful for this fleeting bit of time I have you as a baby - to cuddle and keep safe. You are very much loved by the whole family and bring me great joy!

That last part brought tears to my eyes cause I know exactly what you mean, that fleeting moment that we have to hold them and keep them safe. I already feel like little Cooper is growing up way too fast. I can't wait to see you guys. I loved all the journaling about the kiddos, and the pictures are just so adorable. Love you!
Yay! A picture for grandma's wall! I relate so completely. I think that is righteous motherhood--a divine nature trait. How I wish I could hold him, and love the others and you, too.
So, speaking of this sleeping 7-8 hours thing...I went to the library and checked out a Babywise book. I am so hooked, we are going to do it, I love the theory, it just makes so much sense to me! He is one cute little guy!
You have a way with words. How do you feel about doing my posts for me? I'll still do the pictures and the background, but you can write it? Deal??
