Ayvri . . . November 2008

You are still the little princess of the house and usually the center of attention. You have started trying to speak and I'm very thankful, although I anticipate please will be the last word you give in and say, just because we all want you to say it so very much. You love your siblings and it's so fun to watch you with each of them. You get so excited when Ksenya comes home from school, you jump up and down and point at her and scream. With Kabe you are always wrestling, chasing him around or sitting on top of him. You love to rough house with him and are pretty brutal sometimes. With Brigham it is just the opposite, you are so careful and love to point at his nose and say, "Baba No". You want to be just like the big kids and get mad when we put you in the stroller and they are on their bikes. You also feel very strongly about your old pink tennis shoes and get really angry with me when I want you to wear anything else. You love to tease and are the queen of hide and seek. You'll hide and make absolutely no sound - which is perfect when we're actually playing but not so perfect when I'm trying to find you to change your diaper or get your shoes on. You give great kisses as long as they don't turn into bites and have a melt-your-heart little smile that gets everyone. Lately you've started scowling at me when I say something you don't like. Every time you do it I laugh and then you laugh and scowl some more. When Daddy comes home you run at him screaming DADA which he thinks is pretty great too. You definitely add an element of fun to our home and we all love watching you perform. I'm pretty sure you know just how much we adore you!
