This last weekend Tyler was going camping with his scouts. He offered to take Kabe with him and I thought that was a great idea. Kabe was so excited! He helped me get him all packed and kissed me goodbye in a hurry to get out the door with Daddy. I've never seen him looking so pleased and he thought he was big stuff. (this is them on their way out the door).
The next day they returned and was my boy filthy? Oh my goodness - he was covered in dirt and sweat and attitude and was even cuter than the day before. He had to tell me all about the whole experience and kept saying things about "The other guys" (meaning Tyler's 16-year-old scouts.) Ty said he was a good sport even during the hiking and didn't whine once. I was so proud of my little camper and know that this will be just the beginning of lots of camp-outs with Daddy!

What adorable little campers! looks like Kabe had a blast with daddy. Love you guys!
That is just WAY too cute! And what a trooper for not complaining! Daddy I am sure couldn't have asked for a better kid!
Super duper cute campers. That is so fun that he got to go too. I remember taking marisa with us to all of the youth camp outs and is was so cute to see them doing there part and being just like the rest. I think one of my favorit photos is the one where mariss is in her cowgirl hat and boots and is over by the water spicket washing the dishes from breakfast. It is so fun to have kids that love there daddys and how cute are those two!!! You have some cute little men! :D
How darling. I miss you guys so much. Hope to see you in December! hint hint
Love you

Not that I don't love all my little nephews, but Kabe holds a special little place in my heart! HE IS TOO DARN CUTE!!! I think it is because every one says that he is a little Robert in attitude...Tyler was too sweet! hehe...So fun to have some Daddy time!!
I can't believe that little boy is the same kid I used to tend! He was totally boy even then! So adorable!!

Boys and dirt are synonymous, I think. It's nice they had a chance to have some boy time together. When Kade and Caleb go on the ward Father/Son campout each year, we girls throw our own party. Of course, Joshua had to put up with us this year. He was only a few weeks old at the time, so I think he managed.
