Kabe loves the story of David and Goliath . . . and is it any wonder? My little soon-to-be-six-year-old is still wearing 4T clothes. Still, no matter how small in stature he is, he has a giant personality and I'm constantly amazed by him. The other day Daddy was going to work with Papa Horse out in the middle of the desert. We pulled Kabe out of bed before the sun was up, packed him a lunch and sent him off for a day on the well rig. I didn't see them for 12 hours and was a little concerned about what shape my little man would come home in. He walked through the door very sunburned and very very dirty and very very very happy. I was so proud of him to put in a full day of "work" with his Daddy and have so much fun. When I told him how pleased I was he said, "yep, cuz little guys can do big things too" (thanks Veggie tales for the song stuck in my head). What a sweet boy we have!
