This summer has been full of projects and there are still a lot to finish before the cold weather comes - including this massively impressive block wall my Dad is building. It's going to be the perfect windbreak for the garden next year! Lots of work and growing muscles (and thank heavens for a chiropractor in the family). So thankful for the lesson that Dad has taught all of us about doing a job right the first time so you don't have to do it over and over and over. This has definitely been an up front time investment but it will probably last longer than any of us :) Brigham's favorite game has been to drop his toys down inside the wall so I can fish them out for him, but now it's high enough he can't reach the top! I'll post another picture when it's all finished.
