Mother: I always wanted to be one. I always pictured it with babies. My babies are growing. They are smart and strong and so so so very different from one another and from me. And sometimes they're the same.
Being a mother is beautiful and wonderful and incredible.
It's also really really hard. and scary. and sad.
Of all the things I'm grateful for in my life - this is one of the best. These seven little people are the coolest people I know and I'm so honored to be their mother.
And someday, when they look back on all the things I did wrong, maybe they'll remember a few that I did right and they'll know that I love them completely.
