Every time I meet a new "mommy" friend I ask if she has a blog. I'm addicted and I'll admit it. I love reading about other people's lives, their families, their quirks, their adventures. When I started this blog it was to keep the Grandma's posted on my growing herd of hoodlums as we just moved miles and miles . . . and miles away. It's become our family journal and a necessary creative outlet and documentation of our wonderfully ordinary life. As I look back (yep, I even read my own blog) I see the hand of the Lord in our lives. I'm grateful.
I don't know who my audience is now. I think that a lot more people read than comment, which is fine. I don't blog for acknowledgement - but if you're here, if you're "listening", I hope in some way being here has brightened your day. Here's to bloggin'.

Now, I'm not so productive :) I was reading a blog about why Mormon Mom blogs are so fascinating to others

It was interesting anyway, and I'll admit I'm a fool.
Toni,
I don't blog ( which I should make time too do so.) but I love reading yours. I love knowing what you and your family are up too. I love to see how your kids are growing up so fast. Most important your blogs inspire me too. Thank you for let me be part of your family.
Hi, I wanted to introduce myself since I have dropped in on your blog a few times. I used to work with Melanie (Garvin) Oveson in the Tetons so I follow her blog. I was looking at blogs that she frequents and I found you. I'm like you, I love to see how others live their lives and just find the ordinary lives of others so fascinating. I have enjoyed your stories and pics and it keeps me coming back to see what your family is up to. Thanks for letting me follow along!!
Toni,
I do not know if you remember me, we went to high school together at Emery, your mom taught me one year in Seminary. I just found your blog, and wanted to say hi!!
You have a great family and it was neat to read your blog to see what you and your family are up to these days. And I also was able to find Dusty's blog through yours.
take care

I usually try to say hi if I stop by... But I've been bad about checking up on everyone these days. I think my honeys sometimes use their computer time to see what all their cousins are up to, though. Speaking of cousins, I can't believe how big all your littles are getting. I hope you're adjusting well to your new life in Idaho, with Tyler back to working and out of school. Happy new year!
