"Everything's bigger in Texas"We found this Texas grapefruit while grocery shopping and I couldn't believe it. There's no trick to this picture - it really is about twice the size of Brig's big head. Ayvri thinks it's a ball and has been throwing it around the kitchen for three days now. Who knows how it will taste when we finally open it up - but it's been great cheap entertainment for all of us!
And let me apologize for the baby's middle finger - it peeks out in a lot of our pictures and I blame it 100% on his Uncle Heath who has always had a fondness for this particular gesture.

I love it. I love your posts on your kids, it really makes me feel like I know them (even though I haven't met 2 of them and the other 2 I haven't seen in ages). We miss you guys, hopefully we will see you again soon!

Ha ha ha! I love the finger! We had to Photo Shop our baby's fingers from other shots onto his hands in our last family picture. He was doing that gesture on both hands!
The last school assembly we attended, Peter got to sit up with the big 5th graders--that is until he started playing with his fingers and startling the whole group as the astonishment of the big kids spread rapidly. He was so excited about the attention--until he had to come sit by mom in the back:o) The next day he tried to recall which finger was the magic one and kept showing me his pinky:O) It didn't quite affect mom as it did his big buddies at the assembly.
