Some people might wonder why I chose this picture for my Father's day post. This was taken the day after Kabe was born and before I ever got to hold my little son. Tyler's strong gentle hands hold and honor the Priesthood. These hands work, play, pray, bless, tickle, support and occasionally spank. They give me back-rubs and wash dishes, they play the banjo and tuck our kids in bed. As pictured, when life is at it's hardest these hands steady me with humor and love, compassion and rationality. We love you Daddy!

I had no idea your little one was preemie? Hey, life throws fast ones once in a while.
Those are amazing things you said about your husband. It's amazing how the small things in life are the most important.
Awhh, I have a similar picture of Jeff with Delaney and I could not agree more with your sentiments. You are blessed and lucky to have someone who loves you so very much and takes such great care of you AND the kids. (He's pretty lucky, too!)
