Sisters are Different Flowers From the Same Garden

It is amazing to see the nurturing instincts in even the littlest of girls. Ayvri has to take care of everything smaller than her (there's not much at our house), and Ksenya has to take care of Ayvri. She is such a good big sister and they truly do enjoy each other. I wonder how Ayvri will ever become independent with all the love she receives and I wonder at how independent Ksenya was when she was that small! What a blessing to have daughters and to see in them all the joy, spunk and spirit that little girl-hood deserves.

Your kids are so adorable. I didn't even know you had three. I may have known about the second one but don't remember. I'm so bad with keeping up with people sometimes.

Yay - We are all so excited to see you and your brothers and sister and your adorable families. Isn't it crazy what this blogging can do. You seriously have an absolutely adorable family and you look sooooo happy! I am glad to hear you are all doing well. Sara came over to my house the other day and said, "guess what, Cyrena found all Debbie's kids." We then went on and spent the next 1/2 hour "getting to know" you and all your families all over again! Tell everyone I said hello. I told my dad and he is WAY excited! He always asks if any of us know where you are and what you are doing. This is a great way to keep up with people from a distance. Again, your family is adorable!

So I have to tell you that I showed Seth these photos and he said and I quote "that cant be Ksenya she looks all grown up. She looks like she is a little women" She is so pretty. It is crazy to see her growing up. I love the hip and pocket pose.

They will be BFF! Ksenya is such a little momma! And Ayvri will always look up to her and probably always be her little gopher! At least that's how it worked in my house growing up! Such sweet girls!

oh my word just when I think you can't put pictures that are cuter than your last ones on your blog, you go and put these on. Your girls are so dang cute.

Holly, you give me hope for my own girls. As an only child I marvel at how awful sibling rivelry can be. And Toni, it is times when people say or write things like this that remind me of the bond that my own girls have. Delaney is certainly not near the independent spirit that Cheyenne is but at the same time she can do things at 4 that Cheyenne couldn't do until much older because Cheye really does spend a lot of time teaching Delaney. Your girls are adorable and very sweet!

Toni,
All of the pictures are quite wonderful. I remember some other sisters where the older one took care of the little one. Come to think of it, she prayed her here and offered to share everything--including her toothbrush. Just enjoy the days when there is time for them to remember how much they love each other. Your little superman is great, too. Hug big Ty and remember your Mom loves you.
Always.
