So I was feeling a little grumpy that we didn't have time to have our traditional St. Patrick's Day party when I realized it was my month to host our BONKO group. So - the theme of the night was "lucky". We did a green gift exchange and ate a lot of Green food (some of it actual vegetable) and had a great time. Try cheesecake with fresh kiwi for the garnish, it's pretty and yummy and the textures are quite complimentary!
I feel so lucky that I have so many great friends here (not all of whom were present last night). I also feel
hugely lucky that I have such a great husband who not only helped me get ready for the night, but entertained our three tired children all night and did it away from home without complaint! He is a gem and the love of my life!
