Reverent Bigum

Our Big Brig has learned a lot of new tricks lately - this being one of my favorites. He is so very reverent during prayer time lately and I love to see his little arms folded so nice. He has also expanded his vocabulary to say, "mine", "Mama", "uh-oh", "Tootoot" (this in reference to cars and trucks which he LOVES), "baby" and "ball". He is so funny. Tonight we were watching a movie that included a car chase scene. He was so excited and kept pointing to the TV saying "tootoot" and "uh-oh" every time they crashed. He has so much love and energy and keeps us all hopping. He has his big sister (Ksenya) wrapped around his little finger and she's decided it's her new favorite thing to change his diaper and get him dressed in the mornings (only wet ones, not poopy). He loves to give big hugs and hold Mom's leg. He has to be in the kitchen if I'm cooking anything for fear he'll miss an eating opportunity. When he gets mad he loves to push and will take the bigger kids down if he decides he wants to. He loves babies and wants to hold them and love all animals, but especially dogs. His favorite thing is going 'Bye' and he says it nice and loud while waving the cutest little wave you've ever seen. He waves and says "bye" at bedtime and naptime too and has to have his little stuffed dog to sleep with. What a sweet boy! Can't believe my baby is almost 2!
