I love some of the antics that happen at bedtime - especially when Daddy's not here. When Daddy's here the repertoire of bedtime stunts is cut in half. Daddy's are lucky that way. Just as I settled onto my bed to enjoy a little online time to myself Ayvri came running into my room in a panic.

"Mommy! Ksenya has adjees!!!"

"What?" (give me a break, I'm not fluent in monkey after 7:00 p.m.)

"She says she has adjees - you have to come!"

I'm too curious to resist, so I head down the hall to the bedroom where Ksenya is lathering herself with smelly orange lotion and Ayvri points to her sister's leg and says, "See? Adjees!"

"Ksenya - what's wrong with your leg?"

"Mom, I think I have allergies!" (I think I'm raising a hypochondriac).

Nope, just dry skin . . . but at least we've added another important word to the baby girl's vocabulary.

I loved the pictures - keep it up - even though I don't leave comments all the time I really like seeing what is going on.

This is too funny! Bedtime is easier when our Daddy is around too, why is that?
