CUTE!Ayvri had her first meeting with the "speech lady" this week . . . they'll be back in a couple weeks to do another assessment. I know that each child develops at their own rate and in this house she hardly needs to speak with Ksenya and Kabe both anxious to speak for her, but my worry is that she's stopped trying and easily gets frustrated when I don't understand her. Hopefully this will help. When she asked me to give a few words to describe Ayvri these were the first ones that came to mind: "Adorable, fun, loving, spoiled, spoiled, spoiled!" I love the baby girl!

She is really cute! I need to kiss those chops!! I hope everything goes well with the speaking.
Hope it goes well. Delaney always kept me guessing and worrying so I empathize with you- it can be a little scary and a lot emotional.
A few of my kiddos had an "accent" for a long time--doi (door) floi (floor), eventually they seem to figure it out--good proactive momminess Toni!
