It got so hot the other day the kids were begging to go swimming, but since the city pools aren't open yet and I honestly wasn't up for that big of an adventure, we decided to get a little wet in the backyard. They had a great time sneaking up to the water and then running back to sit on the hot porch (the little chickens) and I had a great time watching them play together and see how much they've grown since last years water days. And yes, Kabe needs a hair-cut, I know it, I even feel bad when it's hot and he sweats until it's matted all over his head and neck, but I just love those curls and haven't gotten over the haircut I gave him last time (it was pretty bad). Still, I'd better hurry before Daddy pulls out the clippers to give the little hot-head some relief!

Sprinkler Time! I'm ready to send my kids out back and see how they do in the water....pretty sure that they will be chickens as well. :) They look "super cute" in their suits! I sure love them.
Hey, look at that! I'd like to be running around in nothings, too. Our sprinklers come out of the canal, so we won't be playing that game. It's good your yard has plenty of shade.

Ok, I have totally been slacking! Congrats on the boy! I thought I read something in a comment about it a while ago, but don't think I officially congrated you! I am glad to hear your cysts went away (I still have 1 stubborn one) and that no more previa!!! YAY!!! I know how you feel it really stinks having so many "complications" but on the up side we def. are spoiled with ultrasounds. Seems to be the only thing that calms my fears. That is crazy how fast kids grow! Shoe laces and hair in the same month...WOW! Your family is just adorable!!!

Yay for sprinklers. My kids have been out in the yard, too. Your grass looks great! Can't wait to see it. And keep the curls- it is so sad to have to cut them off- it makes them look so much more grown up when it happens.
It makes you laugh becausd they want to play in the water but they kind of chicken out a bit. Fun grass. You can't beat grass Kid in bathing suits and a nice day. Totally classic

Isn't summer awesome!!! Having little ones cooped up all winter kicks my butt! It is so nice to turn on the sprinkler and let them run! Your kids are darn cute!!!
