We have some killer leaves in our backyard that we finally decided needed to be raked before the lawn dies.
I love the leaves - love jumping in them, throwing them, and pretending we don't have dogs and there is no poop in that big pile of leaves. 
The kids love them too, except Ayvri who is a Texican to the core and is not a fan of this cooler weather at all. She is always cold and somewhat of a house plant. 
I'm so thankful to have room to run and play and get dirty and be wild and enjoy the outside! I'm also thankful for these little wonders who keep me feeling young even though I can't keep up.

The kids gathered the leaves in our backyard to jump as well. The pile was about an 1/8th of the size of yours. Don't tell them or I won't keep them convinced that the tiny pile is fun. :)
