Humberto at 30 Weeks

I loved this picture and thinking that our caboose is already about 3 lbs. Today we had another checkup with our OB. He made me laugh when he said, "I'm delivering blind" because we have opted out of all the traditional tests. Weight gain is now at 162 - a whopping 17 pounds total so far. I'm measuring just right and the baby is so wiggly that the nurse could barely get the heart rate for long enough to measure it on doppler (all's well there). This little person is big enough that I feel like he (we usually call the baby a he) uses my bladder for a punching bag. No great name ideas yet but we're wide open to suggestion and need to be prepared with both boy and girl names since we're determined to keep gender a surprise until the big debut. What fun to experience life like this! I'm so thankful to be blessed with pleasant pregnancies and be able to really enjoy it, there's nothing quite like feeling that squirmy sensation inside of you and knowing that it's a little person.
