April Fool's!

This year for April fool's I thought I'd try a new variation on last year's meatloaf cake. Mostly because I'm not a fan of meatloaf but also because my kids remember it too well. So - instead we had individual pot pies, which were super easy and looked like giant cupcakes. They didn't eat much (except Brig), I guess they were still weirded out by the concept, but they did enjoy the experience and I thought they were yummy.
